Pricing: I use transparent project pricing, based on industry-standard timelines needed for quality results. Some potential ballpark pricing examples:
Fresh coat of paint, standard room - $775
Update room with new colors: ceiling, trim, & walls - $1750-$2135
Update two larger rooms: trim & walls, extensive prep - $2725
Prices include supplies. Paint is additional, supplied at-cost with no markup.
Note: Each estimate is different, based on the extent of prep needed, number of different surfaces to be painted, colors, room dimensions, etc.
